From Bagasse to Biodegradable Tableware – The Green Journey of a Plate

From Bagasse to Biodegradable Tableware – The Green Journey of a Plate

Jun 13, 2025

As sustainability becomes a global priority, a natural material called bagasse—the fibrous byproduct of sugarcane—is quietly transforming how we dine. Today, sustainable takeaway packaging is increasingly used in food delivery, aviation, hospitality, and education sectors as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic.

Sincere Eco Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in producing bagasse products using a wet pulp process. We offer a wide range of molded fiber products, including sugarcane pulp plates, eco products sugarcane bowls, sugarcane bagasse food container, and bagasse fiber tray. All products can be customized with your brand logo and packaging needs.

The manufacturing process includes pulping, vacuum molding, hot pressing at 230°C and 15 tons of pressure, edge trimming, quality inspection, UV sterilization, and sterile packaging. This highly automated system ensures hygiene, efficiency, and consistent quality.

Our bagasse tableware can fully decompose in 90 days, leaving no microplastic residue—truly achieving a “use and return to nature” principle. In response to global “plastic bans” and rising demand for sustainable packaging, our products are increasingly favored in European and American markets.

At Sincere Eco, we are proud to deliver sustainable, safe, and fully customizable packaging solutions made from plants, not plastic.
